Below are some of the most common questions that customers have had about printing in China. If you have questions that are not listed here, or if you want us to expand on any answers, feel free to Email Us.

Q - Who can get printing done in China?
A  - We are versatile enough to handle all kinds of jobs. If you are a publisher, purchasing agent or in-house print buyer, Catalogs and Magazine Printing will allow you to do more with less money. If you are an advertising agency, design studio or domestic printer looking to remain competitive, we can help.

Q - Why would I want to print my piece in China? It seems so far away.
A - Technology is shrinking the world. As we’ve all seen in our own workplaces, the world is getting smaller. The only difference between using Catalogs and Magazine Printing and your usual printer is that you'll need to allow for shipping and you will have to decide what to do with all the money you'll save.

Q - China is very far from here, how long will it take to get my finished product?
A - Depending on your location and time constraints, we will ship via Airfreight or Sea-freight. Airfreight typically takes 2-4 days, and sea-freight generally takes 3-4 weeks.

    ASKED

Q - Does printing in China mean that I have to convert my files to the Metric system?
A - No - we provide printing services for companies all over the world and we adapt to your current standards.

Q - What type of file formats will Catalogs and Magazine Printing accept?
A - We accept files as press-ready pdfs, the same format most printers use.

Q - How do I transfer my files for Catalog and Magazine Printing?
A - There are several ways to get your design to us. We have an FTP site for you to upload larger files, or if the file is small you could attach the file to an email. If you are more comfortable with sending files on CD or DVD you can mail it to us, but keep in mind it will add some time to your print job.

Q - What about press-checks? How are they handled?
A - We know that working on a global scale requires us to act differently than traditional print houses. We will overnight a proof for you to sign-off on. Once you approve the proof, our experienced press operators will match the quality and color of the proof on the rest of the print run.

    QUESTIONS...

Q - How do I pay you? And what are your payment terms.
A - Payments are quoted and processed in US Dollars. We accept Bank Wire Transfers at this time. We require an upfront deposit of 50% on placing of your order. Upon completion of the print run we require the remaining balance to be paid before we will ship the finished product.

    Q - How do I know that I will receive top-quality printing?
A - Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a professional printing company, we have many years of experience dealing with the ins and outs of maintaining the highest level of print quality. We are so confident in our product, that if you are not satisfied, we guarantee to return your deposit or reprint the job.

Q - What if I only need to print 1000 brochures?
A - There is no minimum order amount. We will provide you with a competitive quote based on your exact needs.

Q - I have a deadline coming up, what is your turnaround time?
A - The turn-around time will depend on your print job, but in general, 2-7 days is enough time. However, it could take 7-12 working days to complete jobs that require a more hands-on approach. Shipping and delivery will vary by job as well, depending on your location.
